Review: BeneFit Big Beautiful Eyes Kit

I love makeup, and I was delighted when I received this kit for my birthday recently.  I'm a strictly makeup-on-a-budget type girl so I wouldn't usually spend this much on a single item (the kit costs  around £24.50 GBP).

It contains three eyeshadows in alabaster pink, Cocoa shimmer and rich chocolate brown, the Boi-ing concealer in 02 and two brushes, a double ended eye brush and a concealer brush.
As usual, mini brushes in kits aren't very good, but even though they are tiny I won't throw them away. They're actually decent quality, though I won't use them to apply the makeup. Maybe I'll keep them in my bag for emergencies.
As for the eyeshadows themselves, they are nicely pigmented and pretty. I'm not a massive fan of pink shadows, but I actually don't mind this one. Cocoa shimmer is my favourite shade though.
The darkest colour is matte and works well as a liner, but don't limit it to that. You can use it for other stuff too.
I swatched the eyeshadows here:
The concealer was the only disappointing part. Although it is a quite nice formulation it only comes in one colour, which is too dark for me.
Overall I think it is good, maybe even worth its hefty price tag, and I will definitely consider repurchasing.
Love you all,
Flossie xx
